Once you have established your regular Yoga practice once or twice a week, the next step is to try a workshop.  Workshops take you into a deeper practice, a place you can explore a little more safely, and where you will feel even more benefits and learn more about your personal practice. Choose a 2 or 3 hour workshop with a focus that is relevant to you and your needs at that time. For example, opening your hips or shoulders, or learning a complete practice of Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, inversions (like handstands) so you can experience it in a safe, instructor led environment.
